Daphne graduated from Leith’s School of Food and Wine in 1991, winning the Vichon prize which took her to California to cook at Robert Mondavi’s vineyard in the Napa Valley. Daphne also won the 1991 Sunday Telegraph Cookery Competition at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons which took her to Krug in Champagne.
Daphne then spent two years at Anton Mosimann’s Belfry Club in London’s Belgravia, firstly working in the restaurant kitchens and then as part of their famous party service.
Daphne now uses this wonderful training and experience to supply high quality food and expert service to an enviable list of corporate and private clients, here in London, countrywide across England and abroad.
Daphne will prepare and cook for a private dinner for 10, up to supplying everything necessary for a wedding party for 100 guests.
